The Micromagic, Control Panels,
(Microsoft
Exchange Server 2007 Administrator Control
Panel) is a Web-based management tool
that empowers account administrators to
efficiently manage their own Exchange Server
whenever they need to. With Micromagic,
Control Panel, administrative users have
real-time access to their Exchange Servers.
They can instantly create and manage
mailboxes, distribution lists or public
folders, they can set permissions, they can
register domains, and much more.
2.
USER PANEL (Microsoft
Exchange Server 2007 User Control Panel)
control panel is a Web-based management tool
created specifically for end users. It
allows a mailbox owner to instantly download
Outlook 2003 or 2007, change mailbox passwords,
customize individual mailbox settings, and
much more.
Configure your account
1.
To manage your Exchange Server, please log
in to the Micromagic, Control Panel Control
Panel at
Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Control Panel.
2.
When logging in, use the account name and
password given above. Please update your
password after you log in to Micromagic,
Control Panel.
3.
Follow the easy setup instructions from the
left-hand menu within Micromagic, Control
Panel: MS EXCHANGE SERVER > SETUP section.

Start receiving e-mail
1.
Specify your domain in the Micromagic,
Control Panel control panel:
a.
Click on MS EXCHANGE SERVER > DOMAINS on the
left-hand menu.
b.
Enter your domain name and click the
REGISTER button.
2.
Make changes to the DNS records of your
domain:
a.
Locate the IP address for your Exchange
server. This can be found on the MS EXCHANGE
SERVER > DOMAINS page in Micromagic, Control
Panel.
b.
Repoint your domain's Mail Exchanger (MX)
record to the Exchange server IP address.
NOTE: You may need to
contact your DNS server administrator to
make this change.
3.
The DNS changes can take from 48 hours up to
one week to propagate across the Internet.
Accessing your e-mail
1.
Microsoft Outlook is available to be
installed on your Workstation. Log in to
either the Micromagic, Control Panel or USER
PANEL control panel and go to the DOWNLOAD
OUTLOOK page.
Outlook Web Access (OWA) allows customers
with an Internet connection to access
mailboxes via a Web browser - without having
to download the Microsoft Outlook client.
OWA is available at
Microsoft Outlook Web Access.
To log in, you will need an e-mail address
and a password.
